Backupper

Make backups if you don't want to work twice

Backupper is designed to automate the process of backing up the directory where it is saved, ensuring your files are safely stored and accessible when needed.

If you're actively developing a project or frequently updating files in a particular directory, those contents can change often.

In case you need to revert to previous versions or recover files from accidental deletions, creating regular backups is essential.

With just a double-click, Backupper will:

  • Compress the entire directory into a .zip file. The file is automatically named with the current date and time as a prefix for easy version tracking.

  • Exclude certain files from the backup, such as previously created .zip files and others you deem unnecessary.

  • Save the newly created .zip file to additional locations of your choosing, such as a USB drive or a networked computer.

How to set it up?

When downloading, you will receive two files: Backupper.exe and BackupperData.txt.

In BackupperData.txt, you can configure how you want Backupper.exe to operate.

The setup is extremely simple—the file itself provides guidance.

Place these two files in the directory you wish to back up regularly (no installation required).

Please read and agree to the disclaimer before downloading.

It's totally free and forever.
